Requirements:
– 2-4 years of experience in IT sector.
– Bachelor’s degree in BA or any related degree.
– Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
– Understanding of labor laws.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
– Proficient in MS Office
