We are hiring Performance Marketing Manager at Equiti Group -Jordan

The PMM Should have experience in running digital marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversions. Ideally should have been a critical part (or manager) of the digital operations teams in b2b, b2c, global and multinational companies for 6+ years.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the online delivery of our business from and define the end-to-end client journey, starting with demand generation and ending with ROI
• Drive performance marketing and manage the top-end and mid-end of the funnel: lead-generation, conversions, ROI (with an eye on driving deposits, volumes) etc
• Drive (and integrate wherever required) all channels of online performance – sales, website development, PPC, SEO, email marketing and social media
• Implement web analytics strategy, enabling enhanced MI, ROI and CPA reporting with a view to draw out new insights into client behavior
• Structure local wide SEO, PPC, display and affiliate activity with an eye on SERP gains for SEO, CPA efficiencies for PPC and brand awareness for display
• Oversee development, design and sync of local/regional desktop and mobile retail websites.
