A leading FMCG company located in Jordan is looking for MALE – HR Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field.
10 – 15 years of experience as an HR manager .
Background and experience in HR management responsibilities , systems and procedures
Set & develop the strategic plan of the HR department
Handle the designing and implementation of the organizational Succession planning and Talent management process .
Build, Design, and review the HR Polices & Procedures along with working agreements between the HR and other departments .
Build KPIs library according to the best practice in the field and the organizational needs .
Handle the performance management and evaluation process in term of setting objective, semi annual review, final review, and results calculation .
Build and use HR matrices .
Analyze HR proposals & Training Programs that received by consultants’ and trainer in term of technical value and financial worth to make the final decision about accepting them or not .
Participate in Building, Managing, and implementing Business continuity Plans for the overall organization .
Manage employee’s relations and the communication process through increasing the involvement and engagement level, solving conflicts, and communicate HR policies and procedures .
Develop the recruitment strategy, this may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc .
Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance, professional, statistical, and testing standards .
Study and prepare the acceptable Scenarios for pay raises and bonuses, along with calculating the estimated cost.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English .
