Key responsibilities for the role include:

1.Install, Configure and Troubleshoot Microsoft OS (Windows 8 & 10).
2.Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more.
3.Provide network users with technical support and communicates changes effecting the operation of the information systems.
4.Analyze, design, develop, implement, support and troubleshoot N-Tier, Secure, Multi-channel (Web, POS, Kiosk, IVR, SMS … etc) Web Applications.

5. Identify, research, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Complete technical reports.
6. Provide formal/informal training for client/colleagues if required.
7. Maintain hardware and software inventories, client’s site and/or server licensing, and user access and security.

Ideal candidate should possess the following:

· Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, CIS, Networks or any related field
· Fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· Very good command of written and spoken English
