HR Generalist

CRDF Global is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist  to contribute to all aspects of HR. The HR Generalist  will be responsible for providing support on benefits, compensation, recruitment and on-boarding, and administrative projects as designated.
 Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Responsible for the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews,  performing background checks, and issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Coordinates with the Senior Managers the onboarding process for new employees
  • Develops  plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
  • Coordinates the planning of training programs with Arlington HR.
  • Supports managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants
  • Ensures all compliance requirements are met according to the Jordan Labor Law
  • Keeps current on any compliance changes to regulations or rules
  • Responds to inquiries regarding CRDF Jordan policies and procedures
  • Works with Finance to provide payroll data for new employees.
  • Leads ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback, SOP improvements
  • Supports Senior Operations Manager with maintaining compensation structure and competitive market research
  • Responsible for updating and editing HR related information into the appropriate systems
  • Manages Human Resources Information System (HRIS) ensuring accurate data, utilizes the full capability of system and makes sure personnel files are accurate and current
  • Responsible for maintaining hard and digital copies of employee’s records (attendance, leaves data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Establish Jordan office HR department goals that support the accomplishment of the company’s strategic goals.
  • Participates in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Provides day-to-day benefits administration services and acts as a liaison between employees and insurance provider
  • Helps to monitor the organization’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
  • Coordinates the performance review process
  • Support other functions as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager

Qualifications:
  • Up to 5 years’ experience in recruitment, benefits administration, compensation and HR support
  • Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices and Jordanian Labor laws
  • Experience using HRIS for maintaining employee data; Knowledge of Paycom is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills
  • Problem-solver
  • Strong ethical standards
