Accountabilities and Key Roles:

• Responsible for the overall IT Audit Compliance level  and maintain it at acceptable level
• Responsible for continuous assessment on ITC’s compliance with polices and procedures to avoid future and recurring audit findings
• Participate in Policies, procedures and standards  continuous  development
• Coordination between IT centers and IT Global to resolve all issues Swiftly and Accurately.
• Coordination, communication, follow ups with  audit department and ITG and IT Centers.
• Support all IT Staff to be proactive in closing audit findings following risk based  mitigation controls, recommend and suggest possible internal controls  and countermeasures.
• Measuring and analysing feedbacks per IT centre, reporting all results to the ITG upper management.
• Manage all IT related complaints whether as a result of survey or audit findings.
• Collect all IT related audit findings and classify them based on country, importance, and impact.
• Collect responses from the IT teams on each audit finding.
• Extract all actionable audit findings, and coordinate with related IT management to identify action owners and expected resolution dates.
• Continuously follow up with IT teams on the closure and progress against each audit findings.
• Collect and compile all closure evidences and communicate to audit in order to reach proper closure.
• Continuously report on audit findings closure progress and status

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer information systems from a recognized university.

Experience:

• 3+ years experience in IT domain, 2 in a similar position.
• Knowhow: Low level know how of the banks overall architecture and infrastructure.
• Management Capabilities: analytical and problem solving, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, communication and inter-personal and negotiation skills.
