Dynamic, leading and high end real estate Company with a significant, diverse portfolio of assets in Amman, and have international presence. Their unique business structure focuses on all asset classes including development projects and income producing properties.
The Senior Accountant reports to Accounting Manager, is responsible for month-end financial closing and reporting and accounting tasks, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations as well as monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Professional certificate is a plus
• 5-7 years related experience required
• Real Estate/Facility Management Industry Experience is nice to have (fluent in Development Accounting and interfacing to Operating Accounting )
• Experience with Sage ERP (or similar)
• Proficiency with standard suite of Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel required
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
