A Hotel Group is looking for an Accounting and HR Manager based in (Amman and Petra)
– Budgeting and Cashflow Forecasting.
– Financial Statements preparation.
– Revenue reporting.
– Accounts management.
– Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the transactions recording.
– Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.
– Supervise the hiring process.
– Ensure proper implementation of the processes and procedures.
– BS degree in Accounting.
– 4+ years experience.
– Experience with creating financial statements, general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
– Excellent communication and time management skills.
– Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
– Able to work within a friendly and cool environment.
-flexibility to work outside Amman is a must
