– Coordinate mails, answer/return customer and vendor inquiries via phone, mail, or e-mail.
– Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
– Provides support & maintains administrative workflow through scheduling interviews, & developing reporting procedures.
– Follows up with clients & discuss their needs
– Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
– Acts as a first contact for all clients and creates an inviting, professional atmosphere
