Service Excellence Coordinator Responsibilities: – Coordinate and Monitor Customer Support Efficiency. – Monitor and Track Service Level Agreements and standards for metrics and KPIs to measure operational effectiveness. – Coordinate Sales Activities e.g. Contracts Management and Leads Generation. – Provide administrative support. – Remain knowledgeable regarding all operational aspects of service delivery. – Perform other duties as assigned. Key Job Experience Requirements: – Excellent writing and proofreading skills with critical attention to detail and accuracy. – Strong interpersonal skills and mentoring skills to work effectively with partners and clients. – Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability. – Customer-focus, takes initiative, sense of urgency, time management. – Strong problem solving mind-set, driven by creativity, data analysis, and innovative thinking. – Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Arabic. – Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software systems. Education and Technical Requirements: – Bachelor’s Degree. – A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in an Administrative, Project Coordination and Customer Service Support capacities.
