Prepare cash positions on a daily basis and continuously monitors the liquidity position.

Responsible for direct bank relationship management. Maintain database of the bank account details.

Analysis bank fees and interest expenses and make necessary recommendations to control costs.

Negotiate financial terms with banks and Finds appropriate work flows to reduce bank charges.

Ensure treasury management reports, agreements and all other required documentations are reviewed and stored for record keeping.

Prepare and follow up the outgoing payments to the suppliers.

Follow up incoming payments from customers with the sales department in order to record the payments.

Undertake other related tasks and duties as assigned by Treasury Manager.
