Position Overview
The role of the Marketing Coordinator reports to the Manager, Demand Generation – Middle East, who is based at our regional headquarters in Dubai, UAE. As a part of a culturally diverse team within a listed U.S. software company, this position is for candidates with career-growth ambition and fresh ideas, responsible for the planning and implementation of projects that support the demand/lead generation function, based at our Inside Sales office in Amman, Jordan.

Responsibilities
Marketing Function Support and Coordination

  • Building a connection with the Core Programs team, obtaining timelines and details of global campaigns, programs and promotions
  • Hosting briefings with Inside Sales agents on the latest campaigns, programs and promotions
  • Preparing a quarterly forecast of Inside Sales agents’ calling capacity, guide the quantities needed in our lead generation efforts
  • Pro-actively building an understanding of local markets, performing market analysis and setting up customized tactics that support areas of opportunity in collaboration with Inside Sales agents
  • Setting up webinars using Autodesk tools (CMT, Draftr) and setting the routing of campaign leads

Reporting and Insights

  • Monitoring lead generation performance against our quarterly forecast
  • Collating of campaign performance information (lead conversion rates, sales results) per campaign
  • Collating a weekly report for our territory on marketing’s contribution to Inside Sales pipeline and billings
  • Responding to adhoc requests for Salesforce reports that may be required from time-to-time in order to look deeper into our numbers and inform decision making
  • Working with Sales Operations to ensure leads are being accounted for and routed correctly to Inside Sales agents, investigating and solving issues if/when they arise from time-to-time
  • Building and maintaining a collaborative relationship with the Inside Sales managers and agents, obtaining qualitative feedback on campaign performance, suggesting ideas and opportunities to improve our programs or tactics

Minimum Qualifications

  • Marketing qualification, degree preferred
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Bilingual: native Arabic, strong spoken and written English
