Proteinak is now looking for a dynamic Senior Accountant to lead our accounting team and support them with his/her leadership and expertise in developing and executing our strategy.
Senior Accountant duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage and coach junior team members
- Work closely with heads of sales to better control our sales and debt
- Devise and implement sound accounting procedures and principles
- Support management team with weekly and monthly management reports to help them understand the financial postiion of the company, where the company is heading and the financial challenges it could be facing
- Communicate with external stakeholders including the tax auhtorities, clearance company, customers and suppliers
Marketing Manager requirements and qualifications
- Previous working experience as a senior accountant
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Experience in sales tax and income tax
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing monthly trial balance
- Import and export accounting
- Inventory costing
- Manufacturing costing
- Sales invoicing
- Ability to analyse debt and sales performance
- Strong ability to manage more junior members
- Ability to deal with a mobile sales force
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic
