Production Engineer
>
Supervise the production process and production employees and ensure the correct implementation of the production plan while insuring high productivity and cost effeciency in addition to quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the seemless operation of the production line and monitoring any variations in product specifications and quality.
- Ensure the optimal utilization of the production staff to maximize production effeciency.
- Work with the maintenance teams on resolving production problems.
- Prepare production reports depecting the production progress.
- Ensure the adherence to the SOPs and the Qulaity and Hygine standards.
- Take measure to enhance cost effeeciency and decrease material loss.
- Training employees all production related procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Food Science or any related field.
- (2-5 years of Experience)
Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced Communication Skills
- Advanced Team Management Skills
- Good command of English language (writing, reading, speaking)
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and precision.
