The main responsibilities include:
 Being responsible for opening and maintaining official status files for the newly appointed staff
(Area Staff, LDC, Daily Paid, ISP (as applicable) ensuring that documentation such as recruitment
recommendations and selections, offers, Letters of Appointment, training and experience
certificates, GMIP related documents, Fact Sheets are completed and updated; ensuring that all
related forms for appointment and separation are provided to and completed by staff members to
enable timely processing of entitlements;
 Maintaining, reviewing, and updating records and consolidated filing system for Area HROSD
documentations and ensuring proper follow up as necessary; checking various human resources
records, forms and tables for accuracy and initiating corrective actions, as required;
 Assisting in following up on the section’s day-to-day work through recording and prioritizing tasks
and producing follow up reports using computer applications;
 Completing various forms, including Personnel Action Forms, and drafts routine correspondence,
as requested, including offers, letters of appointment, salary advances, contracts, extensions,
confirmation on posts, performance letters, certificates of employment, and Provident Fund (PF)
Loans; collecting and compiling information from files and preparing or assisting in preparing and
updating routine statistical and other periodic reports related to the functions of the section;
 Coordinating and following up with staff members and supervisors at HQs for the completion of
forms, verification of documentation and certification as required; maintaining regular follow up on
daily work;
 Entering data on Human Resources Management (HRM) and Payroll Systems including personnel
actions, dependency forms, e-leaves, e-PERs and other e-HRM processes;
 Receiving, registering and distributing incoming mail and dispatching outgoing mail; attending to
the reproduction and collation of various documents and maintaining respective logs accurately;
maintaining archive files, documents, staff members’ personnel files, registers, inventory lists,
computer databases and records in paper or electronic format as required;
Conditions of service
Option One: Fixed Term Appointment, Grade 10
Monthly basic salary JD 598.30. Other benefits include monthly Provident Fund contribution (15%
of basic salary paid by the Agency), compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave, and
dependency allowance (if applicable).
Option Two: Limited Duration Contract (LDC- Band D)
Monthly basic salary starting from JD 649.20 depending on the professional knowledge and
experience. Other benefits include compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave pro-rated
to the duration of the contract where less than one year, and family allowance (if applicable).
To qualify for this position, you will need:
Education Successful completion of full secondary education, and two
years diploma in business administration or human
resources or other related discipline.
Work
experience
At least four years of relevant experience in administrative
matters; experience in a human resources environment is
preferred.
Language(s) Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
