Fleet Sales Executive
AKM is the sole agent for four large international brands Peugeot, Citroën, Mazda and Europcar.
To achieve assigned sales target & KPIs as per set objective by ensuring an agreed mix of models & types.
Ensuring efficient Reservation management.
To retain existing customer by follow-up on regular basis & Acquire new prospects and convert to buyers.
Deliver consistent high Customer Service to all the customers
Maintain up to date & accurate database of the customers.
Plan in advance day to day sales activities (Visits, Phone calls, emails, etc.).
Maintain & submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager on a daily basis.
Seek & report important market intelligence relating to competitors/clients that will benefit the company.
Comply with all company & departmental rules/ regulations relating to the purchasing, registration, insuring & payment of vehicles by customers.
To keep all existing and potential customers aware of new models and benefits offered by dealership’s range of commercial vehicles.
To keep the Fleet Sales Manager in loop in case of bulk deals to offer additional support to customers.
Ensure knowledge of what is important to fleet owners when they purchase vehicles to maintain transparency.
Acquire sufficient knowledge of competitor’s products, specifications & prices to be able to overcome customer objections & preferences.
BA degree in any related Field.
Sales experience 2-3 years. (Preferable Automotive corporate sales experience/outdoor)
