Develop structured ABAP programs to support business rules that guide management decisions in SAP functional areas.

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

Maintain high standards of software quality withinthe team by establishing good practices and habits.

Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

Do the required SAP configuration or customizations related directly with SAP ABAP.

Analyze business requirements, review existing systems, define the solution, and translate into levels of effort and technical designs.

Perform tuning reports and programs for best performance where needed.

Maintain appropriate levels of technical and procedural documentation.

Adhere to appropriate departmental procedures and practices (such as auditing requirements, control procedures).

Interact with Software vendors to solve any technical issues raised if any.

Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years designing and developing.

middleware solutions using SAP Development.

Knowledge in SAP PI/PO and software integration.

Proficient in SAP ABAP development with Extensive

experience designing and developing enterprise applications.

Experience in Manual/automated testing.

Experience in debugging, performance profiling and optimization Comprehensive understanding of objectoriented and service-oriented application development.

Strong communication skills with both internal and external team members and business stakeholders.

English language proficiency

Education

Computer Science or Computer Engineering
