Responsibilities

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements from the marketing department.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with the marketing team to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media platforms.
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with board guideline.
• lans concept by studying information related to the requested design.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• Good Knowledge of printing and preparation of final design for printing.
• Coordinating with outside design agencies when applicable.
• Supervise the material production phase after the design completion, such as roll-ups and banners production.
• Assure RACA proper positioning and branding following the RACA branding guidelines.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years’ experience
• BA degree in graphic designer or a related field
• Very Good command of English language
• Works on Photoshop, Illustrator, after effect & premiere
• Creates and edits videos
• Good Knowledge in Photography.
• Good Knowledge of social media platforms sizes & rules.
• Works under pressure
