Job Description
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the IT department for a one year internship contract under Zain Al Shabab Program.
your tasks will be:
- Analyzing marketing requirements and generating related figures and statistics as well as establishing charging systems’ KPIs to maintain performance of the charging function.
- Collaborating with the Marketing function to implement and deploy new changes related to Business configuration and to ensure functionality of related operations.
- Following up on customer’s problems and complaints as well as handling any fraud related issues or revenue assurance discrepancies and contributing to the prevention of associated causes.
- Programming and scripting for needed tools.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
What Do You Need to Qualify

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any IT equivalent field.
- Fresh Graduate.
