Job Description

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

QRTA is a non-profit organization committed to the vision of HM Queen Rania Al Abdullah of empowering educators with the skills, recognition, and support necessary to excel in their classrooms. Since it was launched in 2009, QRTA provides teacher development programs for teachers in accordance with the educational needs in Jordan and the Arab World and has trained almost 80,000 teachers across Jordan and the region.

The Marketing and Promotion Officer will work on developing and advancing marketing and promotion plans and activities for QRTA programs and offerings in line with annual and strategic plans.

Job Description

    1. Research, collect, and analyse information and data on target markets education development related to beneficiaries, demographics, preferences, and needs to identify ways to advance existing and create new programs.

    1. Develop, plan and implement marketing and promotional campaigns for QRTA programs on a variety of media and channels.

    1. Monitor and analyze promotional campaigns results to determine the effectiveness of the campaigns.

    1. Develop and package current and new programs offerings and packages.

    1. Prepare content and material for the publication of marketing material and distribution.

    1. Develop and maintain the overall promotion and marketing plan and schedule with milestones and events to ensure delivery of QRTA annual and strategic plans.

    1. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness for QRTA.

    1. Review market and industry research and present innovative ideas to help drive growth and increase engagement and interaction.

    1. Use and implement tools to measure and increase demand on QRTA programs and services including online and offline channels.

    1. Developing digital communications to engage with audiences through different platforms.

    1. Prepare and update business forecasts, opportunities and projects tracking, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual relevant reports.

    1. Measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications programs and strategies, and develop new ones to address the organization programs and offerings.

    1. Develop and participate in activities to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of programs or services.

    1. Gather and report on data on competitors and markets, and develop new strategies to address new markets and promoting new programs.

    1. Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in the education sector locally, regionally, and internationally.

    1. Keep a pipeline of concept notes, proposals, potential programs, and reviews of projects and contracts and develop a system to manage pipeline.
