Data Insight Agent

Location -Amman ,  ,Jordan (JO)

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure tickets are handled on the ticketing system

Ensure account opening process is handled correctly and on a timely manner.

Manage the CRM system and ensure all sales are trained & equipped to use the system

Review GTM, member & customer migration on CRM regularly

Prepare Non – financial reports on Communication, Opportunity & Leads to sales team on a weekly / monthly basis

Ensure the individual targets for sales are maintained on the CRM & Dash

Manage the lead process by contacting, verifying, qualifying and assigning SQL to the concerned GTM’s

Follow up on leads & Opportunities stages making sure pipeline is updated correctly and on timely manner

Ensure Data hygiene and constant customer mapping

Follow up with different stakeholders to adhere to data standards and ensure data integrity at all times

Job Requirements

Good communication skills

Excellent command of English

Good Microsoft office skills

Bachelors in Economics, Business or engineering
