Job Description

•       Develop SharePoint solutions/applications using out-of-the-box SharePoint features, workflow tools, SharePoint applications and custom development.•       Maintain the current system to keep it operational, available, updated, and secured.•       Integration with existing solutions and get incompatible platforms to work together.•       Execute needed developments and training.•       Maintain operational documentation.•       Identify areas of improvements and define a roadmap that is aligned with Solution Owner and respective upcoming projects.•       Ensure that the users of the solution have a relevant, user friendly and reliable solution that helps them achieve their business goals.•       Secure competence development and training needs of your solutions.•       Manage key stakeholder expectations through strong relationships. Interact with Solution Owners, process and business functions, Application Maintenance & Support vendors and software suppliers (tactical & operational discussions), Operations & Shared Service, Architecture and other relevant functions.•       Be accountable for solution delivery of your solution including business development, release management, life cycle management and the operation (run) of the solution, business continuity and business support.•       Follow IT policies and procedures.•       Use RPA to automate business process

Qualifications

Education·          Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.Experience·          Must have 4-6 years’ experience as SharePoint developer·          Experience in design, development of applications and portal using SharePoint Online (O365), SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Designer 2013, Web Parts, Workflows, jQuery, Angular JS, Rest API, SharePoint Framework.·          Experience in ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server, .NET Framework, XSLT/XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JSOM, CSOM, BCS, Search, NPM, Gulp, Typescript etc.·          Experience in RPA Automation·          Migrating solutions from SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint Online and Azure (Preferred)·          Knowledge of new SharePoint development model.·          Experience in Retail Operations. (Preferred)
