The jobholder is responsible for developing and executing the Trade Marketing strategy of the Brand to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs) with the Brand Team, executing and benchmarking of all programs designed to increase brand visibility and Sales volume.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy is in place to meet both brand and customer expectations.
Support Managers in coordinating the Marketing content for trade partners (shopper-based placement and assortment recommendations, promotions and pricing analysis).
Execute Go-To-Market strategies, trade-marketing initiatives and measure the success of implementation in terms of project ROI.
Coordinate with Field Representatives to action specific promotional activities in stores and develop Consumer promotions in collaboration with Brand Specialist and National sales Manager.
Identify and develop necessary tools to increase brand presence, market share and act as the key liaison between product team and buyers.
Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinates consumer research projects with research partner, sets research objectives, gains alignment on methodology.
Solve trade partners’ issues, cooperating with them and with the Sales & Marketing team.
Report and analyze sales needs and field intelligence to the Sales & Marketing.
Analyze brand sell through results by channel and make recommendations to enhance results.
Create and maintain trade calendar of activities working with both the Sales & Marketing team.
Ensure that the product display areas are maintained in local markets and that they are optimally displayed.
Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or any related field.
3-5 years of Experience in Trade Marketing
Experience with FMCG
