you will be monitoring the Core Network performance, conducting troubleshooting and problem-solving activities, and carrying-out preventive maintenance; ensuring maximum network stability and service availability. As well as implementing network expansion and improvement projects, contributing in setting and executing Core Network element’s designs and following-up on vendors; in order to introduce new technologies and fulfill business needs and market demand forecast. In addition to handling National/ International traffic and implementing roaming services.

Your Daily Tasks Will Be

  • Executing network capacity expansion plans and network improvement plans covering Circuit Switch and Packet Switch domains; fulfilling business needs and market demand forecast.
  • Implementing roaming services for voice and data, testing services functionality, handling related problems to ensure service availability, and routing International Traffic.
  • Contributing in setting feasible Core Network element’s designs, including High Level Designs HLD and Low-Level Designs LLD that maintain/ enhance network performance integration and fit with other network elements.
  • Handling Data Packet Inspecting processes, including system’s design, implementation and configuration activities to secure the systems from viruses and spams, and introducing new services for customers.
  • Implementing enterprise solutions related to Core Network Switching and contributing in solutions design, ensuring proper activation and continuous operation of services, while dealing with customers in a professional manner.
  • Following-up and auditing the progress of subcontractors, coordinating activities and examining their performance and deliverables, throughout various expansion/ upgrading projects related to Core Network Switch and aligning their work within Zain’s policies and standards.
  • Assessing organizational security threats and their impact and taking actions to eliminate/ reduce risk areas.
  • Setting security controls according to the confidentiality and sensitivity levels and report security breaches.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

What Do You Need to QualifyThe suitable candidate should fit the below requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Preferable 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Having a CCNA certification is a plus.

2- Contract Management AdvisorJob DescriptionWe are actively recruiting for a “Contract Management Advisor” to join the Legal & Regulatory Affairs. 
In this role you will be reviewing contracts and agreements and subsequently providing advice and recommendation aiming to

  • Participating in contractual negotiations and establishing and maintaining a trusted relationship with service providers.
  • Maintaining and archiving relevant documents, agreements, litigation and contracts for future reference.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

What Do You Need to Qualify The suitable candidate should fit the below requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum passed the Jordanian Bar Association Exam.
  • Masters Degree is a plus. 
  • Knowledge in Corporate Matters.

The suitable candidate should fit the below requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience (Pricing, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics or Research.

Applicant will handle all enterprise unit business cases and financial models and product forecasting, therefore they need to have the below Technical skills:

  • Conducting budgeting, forecasting, and handling KPI’s.
  • Creating reports and managing department P&L.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and writing in English.
