Job Description – Finalization of Programs’ Agreements – Finalization of Programs’ team formation and hiring as per the Program’s needs. – Ensuring the fulfillment of Orange Jordan’s contractual commitments related to the Programs – Developing Programs’ assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement – Maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance – Responsible to deliver set KPIs – Managing end to end service contracts related to Programs – Ensuring maximum benefit for Programs’ beneficiaries and their support and development through all creating structured and connected community – Managing the rehabilitations, preparation and maintenance of program official physical locations, lease contracts, cleanness, branding, and security. – Managing all communication plans of the program in light of Programs and with alignment the corporate communications messages and campaigns related to all CER plans for Orange and align with social media, branding, commercial and internal communications to ensure consistency. – Manage Programs budgets and all related financial details – Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming Programs’ risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders Working closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and build scope, deliverable, required resources, work plan, and timing for the Programs and ensuring proper run arrangements
Job Requirements – Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, IT, Business Administration, or management and preferably MBA in those fields. – Minimum 8 years of experience, working with NGOs or education bodies is appreciated – 5+ years in an advanced management role – Knowledge of digital ecosystem Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles
