Job Description – Work directly with customers to deliver Cloud solutions. – Handling Cloud billing, after sale and service activation process. – Work with the customers to solve any integration or operational issues. – Work with application owners to develop and standardize test, upgrade, and launch service over cloud. – Be the voice of the customer and work with internal Orange resources to ensure that the customer&amp;rsquo;s SLA&amp;rsquo;s are met – Assist in Design the architecture of proposed cloud solutions. – Be available outside of business hours to help coordinate handling of urgent issues as needed – Accountable for the successful delivery of any proposed cloud solution. – Drive additional profitable growth within assigned account(s) – Maintain an in depth understanding of customer contract and effective management to it. – Understand customer business strategy and priorities and how our services align – Ensure our services are aligned with customer, leveraging company resources to bring innovation supporting the customer’s business and processes. – Create and manage metrics for KPIs for client services – Meet contractual commitments, SLA attainment, and objectives as defined by the Statement(s) of Work. – Plan, direct and oversee the delivery of services in accordance with the terms of contract. – Identify, implement and share best practices.
Job Requirements – Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any related field – 6+ years of experience working in a customer facing service delivery/technical account management. – 3+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role (design/implementation/ consulting) at a cloud services provider, managed services provider or managed hosting provider. – Experience with virtualization technologies (Hypervisors, VMware, Xen) – Excellent written and oral English communication skills to successfully engage with customers and colleagues. This role will require the creation of content such as whitepapers, presentations, project plans and other written deliverables. – Solid Troubleshooting skills at various levels of complexity – Experience with CLOUD services offerings such as AWS and Azure. – Experience in using different sources of data to drive business decisions – Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment – Solid understanding and application of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, including requirements definition, UI/UX design, client creative feedback, design, development and deployment for all projects – Experience with vendor management, including RFPs, contract management, negotiations, and deliverable management. – Confident written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization – Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills
