- Develop and manage strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI across various online channels.
- Manage paid search strategy across channels including Google AdWords.
- Monitor the performance of user acquisition mix and make recommendations on where to shift time/resources to maximize scale and efficiency.
- Create acquisition-focused email campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, revenue, and referral.
- Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy.
- Lead overall website conversion rate optimization and develop and optimize landing page strategy.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition.
- Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and build relevant marketing campaigns
