Zalatimo Industrial Group looking for “ Mechanical Engineer” Goal and purpose of the job:Follow up on the maintenance of all mechanical works for the factory machines.Responsibilities:- Execute and supervise the mechanical works- Conduct periodicity for devices, machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure their validity and readiness- Works on the installation and maintenance on the mechanical system components in the factory- Works from the safety of the mechanical works that have been installed or to work on the maintenance thereof.- Arrange daily routine and emergency activities- Prepare an action plan for the short and long terms maintenance of the factory machineries.- Taking into account individual and industrial safety when carrying out mechanical works for the plant- Documenting maintenance operations for all factory machines- Coordination with the various departments of occupational safety and health requirements- Submitting periodic reports to the factory managerSubject and Powers:- Full powers in everything related to the implementation of the works and its requirementsQualifications:- Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering major in Production- Must have knowledge on the mechanical maintenance of packaging machines such as corrugator, printing and the likes- Must have a superior troubleshooting skills on mechanical problems of the machines.- Must be able to interpret mechanical drawings of the machines- Must be knowledgeable on classification of different lubricants of the machines- Must be knowledgeable on steam system and the repair of steam traps, rotary joints, valves and the likes- Must be knowledgeable on hydraulic system and the maintenance of hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders and the likes- Must be knowledgeable on pneumatic system and the maintenance of pneumatic accessories such as valves, cylinders and the likes.- Knowledgeable on the maintenance and operation of gear box, gear trains and the likes- Knowledgeable on conveyor and elevator system- Must be able to work under pressure- At least 10 years of experience in this field.if you are interested please send your update cv to : Hrzindustries@gmail.com
