ChatBot Expert

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or Computer Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in related field. Experience in Java, Node.js, AWS.
  • Experience in Python, and API.ai is plus.
  • Experience in transmissions using JSON.
  • Experience in Chatbot development.
  • Knowledge in building integrations with Azure or AWS.
  • Experience in applying NLP to chatBot technologies Knowledge of Chabot platforms and at least 1 year of working experience in the development of Chabot or other AI, machine learning, or NLP technologies.
  • Experience in API Management Solutions, with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle.
  • Strong foundation in enterprise application fundamentals such as data structures and object-oriented design is criticalBachelors.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Responsible for developing technical solutions for the business automation initiatives. 
  • Responsible for supporting and maintaining existing chatBot application or developing a new conversational AI.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new ChatBots.
  • Utilizes knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Virtual Agents/ChatBots for voice, text/SMS, apps/messenger and/or email communications.
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive recommendations for changes or enhancements that ensure an effortless customer experience within the messaging channels.
  • Support the integration of new products and services, regulatory requirements, tools, and technologies into existing operations.
  • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of up-to-date and accurate content within the messaging chatbot channels while identifying new opportunities to drive automation and customer self-service.
  • Support the definition of requirements and test plans.
  • Develops and maintains system documentation, guidelines, and training as needed. 
  • Build, optimize and refactor code to meet design specifications and code standards.
  • Manages production support issues.
