ChatBot Expert

Education & Experience:

Bachelor degree in computer science or Computer Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in related field. Experience in Java, Node.js, AWS.
Experience in Python, and API.ai is plus.
Experience in transmissions using JSON.
Experience in Chatbot development.
Knowledge in building integrations with Azure or AWS.
Experience in applying NLP to chatBot technologies Knowledge of Chabot platforms and at least 1 year of working experience in the development of Chabot or other AI, machine learning, or NLP technologies.
Experience in API Management Solutions, with third-party libraries and APIs.
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle.
Strong foundation in enterprise application fundamentals such as data structures and object-oriented design is criticalBachelors.

Key Accountabilities :

Responsible for developing technical solutions for the business automation initiatives.
Responsible for supporting and maintaining existing chatBot application or developing a new conversational AI.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new ChatBots.
Utilizes knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Virtual Agents/ChatBots for voice, text/SMS, apps/messenger and/or email communications.
Analyze performance metrics to drive recommendations for changes or enhancements that ensure an effortless customer experience within the messaging channels.
Support the integration of new products and services, regulatory requirements, tools, and technologies into existing operations.
Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of up-to-date and accurate content within the messaging chatbot channels while identifying new opportunities to drive automation and customer self-service.
Support the definition of requirements and test plans.
Develops and maintains system documentation, guidelines, and training as needed.
Build, optimize and refactor code to meet design specifications and code standards.
Manages production support issues.
