Accountabilities & Key Roles :
Perform Systems’ analysis for enterprise global IT Solutions/Systems.
Analysis and design of enterprise global Systems/Solutions to automate various processes at the Bank.
Participate in the design of the continuity/availability of Bank’s IT Systems.
Participate in the establishment of plans to implement the solutions
Provide IT management with advice and direction in his specialized area & /technology.
Analyze and design new Systems/Solutions.
Assist the Development lead in the systems/ solutions development, testing and implementation.
Perform clean, secure and well tested coding assignments based on specifications for medium to large complexity IT solutions.
Testing developed code based on CI/CD, DevSecOps processes and tools.
Propose enhancements to current enterprise Systems and services.
Reviews the documentation of the developed/implemented Systems.
Handle any technical and other assignments from the PM & IT management .
Design/Author technical solutions to resolve audit & regulatory findings.
Design & implement effective monitoring tools for IT Systems.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
Comply with QA system process & recommendations.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Software engineering, CIS from a recognized University.
Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in IT development/analysis- Java field within Banks or IT services organizations.
Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support).
Familiarity with OOP design principles.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with software design , development in a test-driven environment.
