- Team Leader & Acting Team Leader (female) for Telesales Team – Indoor.
• Basic salary JOD (400-600) + Commission and monthly bonus + S.S
• recruiting and training sales staff
• allocating data base for sales team
• developing sales strategies and setting sales targets, Sales Experience is a must
• monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
• working hours 8:45 – 5:00 \ Friday off - Seiner & Joiner Telesales Officer (Female) – Indoor.
• Basic salary (300 – 400) + weekly and monthly commissions + S.S
• 2 years’ experience in sales is a must.
• Allocating data base.
• Working hours 8:45 – 4:00 \ Friday off
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent relations with customers.
