We are a garage door company based in Florida, USA, providing repair, maintenance, and installation services. We are looking for Call Center Agents to join our team from Jordan

This is a full-time, work-from-home position, requiring 8 hours of work per day, 5 days a week.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Must have a computer or laptop to work from
  • Quiet background at home
  • Excellent internet connection

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information about our services and pricing.
  • Schedule appointments for customers with our technicians
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve performance targets and goals set by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
