We are looking for a Facility Management Senior Officer to join the Airport International Group – Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) team. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or any related field
•Contract management experience is preferred
•Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role in one of the following areas: hotel and hospitality management, real estate facility management, cleaning and housekeeping, etc.
•Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)
•Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (particularly Excel)
•Knowledge of other analytical tools
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Evaluate service providers’ performance for compliance with service contracts’ requirements and set key performance indicators (KPIs)
•Perform regular cleaning rounds, inspections and audits inside and outside the terminal as per contract scope to ensure work meets quality standards and excellent levels of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. This is achieved through set tools (i.e. quality control checklists, related mobile app, etc.) and promptly shared with service providers and relevant company departments.
•Coordinate and work closely with relevant cross-functional teams (i.e. facilitation team, reporting officers, quality team, maintenance team, etc.) to exchange and study passenger/user inputs and related data (surveys, complaints, suggestions, reports, etc.) 
•Use statistical methods to analyze data to assess performance, identify deficiencies, take required actions and propose solutions
•Draft consistent proposals, RFPs, contracts, procedures, checklists, protocols, guidelines, etc.
•Follow up on performance, service levels and contractual obligations of contractors by organizing regular meetings and tours with service providers to identify areas for improvement and propose recommended changes/solutions
•Prepare required reports (regular status reports covering the problems hindering work progress, service provider strengths and weaknesses, consolidated violations, recommendations, etc.)
•Develop presentations comprising charts/graphs and present them clearly and effectively using Microsoft PowerPoint or any other programs
•Ensure supervision and comprehensive assessment of all reported violations, non-conformities, remarks, etc. and take needed action as per contract requirements
•Resolve issues within job capabilities and promptly report those exceeding job capabilities 
•Ensure relevant stakeholders comply with airport procedures and regulations, while promptly reporting non-compliances via relevant channels
•Supervise, manage and provide needed support to Facility Management Officers 
•Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager as the job requires
