Archiving Officer Team Member

Description

We are looking for an Archiving Officer in the Legal & Regulatory Affairs department to be responsible for Ensuring proper and complete filing for legal contracts and agreements for future references and requests and implementing legal affairs procedures and gathering, communicating, preparing, and organizing information and documents required for assisting the legal team. as well as supporting the legal team through providing information compatible with the designated scope of work.

Main tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Archiving all documents properly.
  • Proper assembling, cataloging, preserving, and managing valuable collections of historical information and/or documents.
  • Organizing the case files, correspondences, agreements, and different documents making the archive accessible to the related users.
  • Handing agreements to owners once finalized by the legal team, and properly secure approval sheet related to each agreement and register it on the related tool.
  • Writing first document drafts, such as contracts, and proofreading documents.
  • Closely coordinate with external law firms providing and keeping timely updates of the legal framework.
  • Carrying out office administration, including writing letters, reviewing invoices, creating copies of files, extracting needed documents, and full support to the department.
  • Responsible for frequently updating and keeping records of company licensing.
  • Providing full support to governmental liaison department requests related to correspondence with judicial bodies
  • Cooperating and providing support to other internal departments when needed, responding to requests, etc.

What Do You Need to Qualify

To be shortlisted for the position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, English literature, or any related field
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience.
