Product Manager

Accountabilities & Key Roles:

  • Managing the development of the CIB and TB strategic product road-map, service offering and Digital channels requirements as per market, client and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and driving Corporate banking digital opportunities, assessing current and potential digital platforms, and being the advisor for all CIB & TB digital banking products and interfaces.
  • Promoting CIB process transformation and standardizing CIB processes across countries.
  • Leading projects as relevant and ensuring successful delivery across network.
  • Identify sources, monitor, analyze and interpret key product performance metrics and develop and communicate findings and make strategic and tactical recommendations for performance improvements across the Network.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources.
  • Assist in defining requirements for corporate products and amending/modifying existing products as per market, client and regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing Arab Bank P&Ps to ensure standardized operating approach where CIB is stakeholder.
  • Reviewing pricing schemes for transaction services across countries and channels.
  • Deliver specialized training within Arab Bank (LOBs) to ensure a consistent and accurate understanding of the full scope of product, solution and operating model.
  • Assist in identifying possible new product propositions through staying closely linked to country CIB, with frequent client interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or any related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years in product or market development, IT or operations (must in product support/development positions) with international companies.

Competencies

  • Demonstrated experience in building and launching new digital products.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Robust Project management skills and Agile framework Knowledge.
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven understanding/knowledge of all banking products and services, background in IT is a plus.
  • Proven Product Development Lifecycle skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Corporate Assistant Relationship Manager

Accountabilities and Key Roles:

  • Support in developing and implementing account strategy for local corporates, in alignment with overall Bank’s appetite.
  • Assist in managing the pipeline process and provide business clearance within the Bank’s acceptable criteria followed by supporting the proposal within the approving Credit Committees.
  • Participate/assist in establishing the budget and the yearly business plan for the respective local Corporate and Institutional Banking areas and follow its progress and achievement. In addition to processing gap analysis to monitor performance taking the necessary actions to achieve the overall profitability and balance sheet KPIs.
  • Ensure “Cross-Selling” of the bank’s products to optimize bank’s profitability and undertake a coordinative and supportive role in meeting the needs of local Corporate and Institutional Banking Clients.
  • Participate in managing and developing the respective local area portfolio in collaboration with different stakeholders including customers representatives, Corporate and Institutional Banking and Credit at H.O. to ensure the highest standards of service excellence towards local Corporate and Institutional Banking clients.
  • Monitor the progress and the execution of the approved deals to ensure achieving the expected utilization & profitability.
  • Work with the respective Corporate and Institutional Banking team to proactively enhance the overall quality of the portfolio and ensure a healthy credit environment.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting from a recognized university.

Experience:

  • 2 Years of experience corporate banking, Corporate Credit.

Competencies:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling / spreadsheets (Excel) and Power Point
  • Understanding of customer & market dynamics and requirement
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills / Good interpersonal skills.

Digital Transformation Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as Project Manager for several large projects within a portfolio under Transformation Program Delivery Manager to transform the business by improving productivity, achieve cost saving, improve business performance.
  • Manage project lifecycle completion from concept initiation, planning, determine controls, execution, until the closure after the delivery and completion of the intended transformation to the business.
  • Lead solutions design to deliver high quality projects and business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the application of lean principles and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Process re-engineering, Business Analysis, Agility, and Design Thinking) on business processes to optimize the processes and achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Use data analytics techniques/modeling and gab analysis to detect improvement opportunities and measure “As Is’ and “To Be” performance.
  • Lead the generation of innovative initiatives and projects to solve business problems.
  • Manage relationships with the different stalk holders and vendors in the project.
  • Lead the change management for introduced projects to the transformed business by enable culture shifts, and facilitate smooth business transformation from previous to implemented state by acting as transformation cultural ambassador.
  • Supervise testing process and ensure valid and verified solutions delivery followed by post implementation support.
  • Monitor the performance of the implemented projects to achieve realization of the intended benefits and ensuring the steady state.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • BSc. In Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Technology. Master degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 9+ years in related field, 4 years in similar position.

Certification:

  • Certifications in the following topics are big plus: Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/Green Belt), PMP, Business Analysis, Change Management, Processes Re-engineering, Agile.

Competencies:

Technical:

  • Outstanding Computer skills.
  • Experience in Project Management software’s( Ms. Projects, Primavera, Visio, … ).
  • Program/Project Management.
  • Banking Experience.
