Corporate Sales Senior Officer

Responsibility in assisting the SE Director in providing a professional & outstanding customer service and branding to Jordan River Designs including Handicrafts and Karma Kitchen and Implements the set marketing strategies to improve JRF’s market position and achieve financial growth, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals of the organization.

Responsibilities

Sales

  • Coordinates sales activities to increase corporate sales and achieves the needed targets to increase the promotion to JRF products.
  • Assists in the implementation of a sales and marketing plan and detailed action plan to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Research and identify sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Reaching out to new potential customers and making presentations outlining the benefits of JRF’s products/ services to ensure sales targets are met as well as brand awareness.
  • Maintains a customer database and productivity report- using automated systems- to ensure current, past, and potential clients are identified and potential sales initiatives are organized and effective.
  • Submits and tracks corporate sales contracts for orders to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Emphasizes product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations to ensure a corporate sales deck is available and up to date.
  • Conducts Competitors & SWOT Analysis for the Corporate Gifting market on a regular basis to ensure we comply with latest market trends.
  • Ensures all sales activities are tracked and generates detailed reports to the marketing management. (Expense reports, sales reports, etc.) to determine profitability.

Client Management:

  • Understands customer needs and provides support and solutions to ensure proper client service.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients and contacts new or existing customers to discuss how specific products can meet their needs to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Resolves customer complaints .
  • Ensures continuous visits, proper service and after-sales support to clients.
  • Supports Sales& Marketing Manager in implementing new customer expansion strategies to ensure proper implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any other related field.
  • Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role preferably in retail or F&B industry.
  • Expert knowledge about various marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on corporate sales, and CRM experience.
