Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively.

Qualifications:

  • English Level: B2 – C1
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Experience in Customer Service is a plus
  • Fully available for all shifts (24/7)

4:00 Pm – 1:00 Am

12:00 Am – 9:00 Am

  • Bachelor’s degree, or available student who can work on shifts and manage working and studying simultaneously.
