*** Job Summary :

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing core human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining alignment with company policies and labor laws.

*** Key Responsibilities :

– Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
– Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
– Administer payroll inputs, benefits, leaves, and employee entitlements.
– Support performance management processes (appraisals, KPIs, documentation).
– Handle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to staff and managers.
– Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
– Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
– Prepare HR reports and analytics (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, etc.).
– Coordinate training and development programs.
– Support disciplinary processes and investigations when required.


*** Qualifications & Requirements :

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– experience : 3–5 years in HR operations or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
– Experience with HR systems ( HRIS).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
– HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
– Experience in payroll coordination.
– Strong analytical and reporting skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
