We are an HVAC company seeking a female Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely.

🔹 Job Responsibilities
• Manage and organize data
• Perform basic administrative and office tasks
• Work with spreadsheets and reports
• Support daily business operations

🔹 Requirements
• Very good English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong computer skills
• Good experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work with PDF files (editing, organizing, converting)
• Experience with Google Accounts (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets)

• Familiarity with Notion for organization and task management
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

🔹 Working Hours

🕗 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Canadian Time)

💻 This is a fully remote (work-from-home) position.

💰 Salary
• Starting salary: $700 CAD per month
• 💼 Performance-based increase available based on work quality and commitment
