Saudi Jordanian Industrial Development Company – Jordina, a leading company in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a qualified Export & International Business Specialist to support the company’s international growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop export activities and international market operations.
* Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
* Coordinate with international customers, distributors, and partners.
* Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, shipping documents, and required certificates.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth export operations.
* Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote company products and develop business opportunities.
* Manage exhibition preparation, including coordination, logistics, product samples, and follow-up with leads.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders in international markets.
* Conduct market research and provide reports on export opportunities and market trends.
* Follow up on export inquiries and convert opportunities into business growth.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in export, international business, or foreign markets.
* Proven experience in participating in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business conferences.
* Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of export procedures and international trade practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Fluency in English is required.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
* إدارة وتطوير أنشطة التصدير وعمليات السوق الدولية.
* تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة والأسواق المحتملة.
* التنسيق مع العملاء الدوليين، والموزعين، والشركاء.
* إعداد وإدارة وثائق التصدير، بما في ذلك الفواتير التجارية، ووثائق الشحن، والشهادات المطلوبة.
* التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان سلاسة عمليات التصدير.
* المشاركة في المعارض والمؤتمرات التجارية الدولية للترويج لمنتجات الشركة وتطوير فرص الأعمال.
* إدارة تحضير المعرض، بما في ذلك التنسيق، اللوجستيات، عينات المنتجات، والمتابعة مع العملاء المحتملين.
* بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة في الأسواق الدولية.
* إجراء أبحاث السوق وتقديم تقارير حول فرص التصدير واتجاهات السوق.
* متابعة استفسارات التصدير وتحويل الفرص إلى نمو أعمال.
المتطلبات:
* درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الأعمال الدولية، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.
* خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التصدير، الأعمال الدولية، أو الأسواق الخارجية.
* خبرة مثبتة في المشاركة في المعارض الدولية، والمعارض التجارية، والمؤتمرات التجارية.
* يفضل الحصول على خبرة في صناعة تصنيع الأغذية.
* معرفة قوية بإجراءات التصدير وممارسات التجارة الدولية.
* مهارات ممتازة في التواصل، والتفاوض، والتنظيم.
* الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة.
