Extensya is building a selected team of Premium Guest Experience Specialists for one of the world’s leading international clients.
We’re looking for experienced customer-service professionals who can communicate confidently, take ownership, solve complex requests, and deliver a genuinely premium guest experience.
📍 Amman, Jordan – University Street
💰 Gross Monthly Salary: $1,000-1,500, based on experience and assessment results.
✨ What We’re Looking For
🌟 Contact Centre / Customer Service experience
🌟 Fluent Arabic + C1 spoken English
🌟 Clear, confident and professional communication
🌟 Strong listening, empathy, ownership and problem-solving skills
🌟 Ability to handle demanding and high-value guests professionally
🌟 Aviation, hospitality, banking or premium-service experience is a plus
