F&B Operations Senior Coordinator

The F&B Operations coordinator will assist the Operations Manager responsibilities by coordinating and managing the operation of the F&B outlet, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction, productivity, maximization of revenue and resources, and effective control.
Core Responsibilities:
• Oversees ordering, purchasing, and stocking F&B products and follow up on F&B requests to ensure all aspects of F&B outlet’s operations running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
• Plans and supervises all catering projects activities to ensure optimum customer service.
• Plans and supervises all pastry kitchen activities to ensure the availability for all products at high standards
• Oversees control stock movement levels and transfers to ensure availability of raw materials in all outlets.
• Arranges kiosk outlets and store areas for events to ensure a proper products display.
• Follows up on the maintenance of outlets equipment to void any delay in production.
• Assists with F&B monthly stock-take to ensure track any financial impact
• Follows up of variance discrepancies discovered in end of month reports and escalate to management to ensure take corrective actions if needed
• Monitors the implementation of systems procedures in all outlets and coordinate with audit and business teams to ensure compliance with established procedures
• Coordinates the marketing and promotional activities to ensure a proper presentation
• Coordinates the sourcing and testing for the new products and menus to ensure tasting committee satisfaction
• Establishes production and staff schedules to ensure timely delivery of food services.
• Any other duties as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
- 5 years of experience.

- يخطط ويشرف على جميع أنشطة مطبخ الحلويات لضمان توفر جميع المنتجات بمعايير عالية.
- يشرف على مستويات حركة المخزون والتحويلات لضمان توافر المواد الخام في جميع المنافذ.
- يرتب منافذ الكيوسك ومناطق التخزين للفعاليات لضمان عرض منتجات مناسب.
- يتابع صيانة معدات المنافذ لتجنب أي تأخير في الإنتاج.
- يساعد في جرد المخزون الشهري للأغذية والمشروبات لتتبع أي تأثير مالي.
- يتابع اختلافات الفارق التي تظهر في تقارير نهاية الشهر ويتصعد إلى الإدارة لاتخاذ التدابير التصحيحية إن لزم الأمر.
- يراقب تنفيذ إجراءات النظم في جميع المنافذ ويتنسق مع فرق التدقيق والأعمال لضمان الامتثال للإجراءات المتبعة.
- ينسق الأنشطة التسويقية والترويجية لضمان عرض مناسب.
- ينسق عملية توفير واختبار المنتجات والقوائ
- المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية.
- إجادة ممتازة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابةً وتحدثًا).
- خبرة لمدة 5 سنوات.
