Human Resources Manager (Ref: HR1)
for managing human resources policies and
procedures, including: organizational development;
employee relations; job descriptions; training and
development; recruitment and selection;
performance appraisal; manpower and succession
planning; and remuneration.The candidate must
have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
Management, Business Administration or equivalent,
with at least 3 years in a managerial HR position.
Human Resources Officer (Ref: HR2)
responsible for assisting in administrating human
resources functions.The candidate must have a
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, 2 to 3 years’
experience in HR.
