The Children’s Museum is seeking to hire a creative and innovative Graphic Designer. The Incmbent must have the attitude and aptitude to perform and excel, while The Museum will guarantee a great environment for creativity and productivity.

The Graphic Designer will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Conceptualization, design and finalization of artwork related to Museum communication (internal and external) on all platforms and adaptations requested by Department manager in line with the Museum’s visual identity.
• To work closely with the Graphic Design Supervisor in order to meet design deadlines set within the department.
• To work closely with the Assistant Marketing and Communications Manager on keeping accurate administrative and digital records for all jobs worked on and maintain suitable archiving and back up of digital files.
• To take an active role as a graphic  designer in finalizing all operational design requests as set within the department.
• To work as part of a team with the second designer
• Develop designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
• Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery
• Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.

The incumbent must have excellent communication and organizational skills, not to forget the ability to adapt with the Museum’s brand and reflect it on his/her artwork and designs. English language is very important as we are bilingual in communications.

Experience required: A Minimum of 2 Years and a Maximum of 8 Years.

Education required: Bachelor’s of Graphic design or a relevant field.
