  • Gain new weighted customers and develop the current customers’ data base through leading and coaching the team and represent the customers in Pepsi.

Accountabilities

  • state and distribute a clear and specific target for each individual in his team in accordance with the company’s targets
  • Review the performance VS the target in the weekly meeting and take the corrective decisions if needed
  • Guarantee the complete clarification & precise implementation of the company’s programs & policies
  • Prepare & train the current & new employees
  • Guarantee implementing Advantage Territory University in 100% completeness for all the routes & track it on a daily basis
  • Lead problem Solving
  • Evaluate the employees’ performance through practical training sessions & to provide a feedback to improve sales team
  • Keep all the work with trips & market tours records to track the progress.
  • Conduct a weekly & monthly meetings to coach & train the team.
  • Make 10 work with the CRs on monthly basis & 2 work with the Area Development representative
  • Condact the Coolers Count
  • Train & give the sales team all the training courses & sessions that he takes with the company
  • Analyze the area performance
  • Continuous availability in the area to be aware of the customers’ needs to be able to determine all the development opportunities in the area

Key Skills/Experience RequiredB.A In business management or related fieldMin 4-5 years’ experience in sales with FMCG is a plusMS knowledgeFluency in English and ArabicDriving License (as per local regulations in the location)Differentiating Competencies RequiredBUILDING WINNING RELATIONSHIPS:Building and leveraging credible, long-term relationships (both internal and external)that drive strategic partnerships and result in positive business performance.LEADING WITH INSIGHTS:Obtaining customer recognition as the indispensable partner in driving category and total store performance through a sound understanding of the consumer, shopper, category, competition, and our customers’ business.COMMUNICATING WITH IMPACT:Listening actively; conveying information and ideas clearly and succinctly to individuals and groups in a variety of situations; communicating in a focused and compelling way that drives others’ thoughts and actions.IDENTIFYING SALES OPPORTUNITIES:Identifying and interpreting relevant information to develop sales strategies and solutions that ensure a competitive advantage.LEVERAGING FINANCIAL CONCEPTS:Utilizing financial data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses and identify implications; keeping a financial perspective in the forefront when making decisions.PepsiCo is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
