Administration Assistant / Female Only

Duties:
  • To receive all incoming calls through the Company’s switchboard and direct as necessary.
  • To welcome all visitors related for management and the general manager office.
  • To ensure the reception area is kept clean at all times.
  • To type letters and other documents.
  • Receive process and send courier with the designated courier company as required by the management.
Qualifications:
  • BA or Diploma.
  • 1-2 experience.
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Good command in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to keep records with attention to detail.
  • Presentable and Mature.
Note: Location in Al-Byader
