The ability to do software development. As long as you can show us that you can do software development, then:
You don’t need any previous experience in web development particularly, we’ll be happy to bring you up to speed.
You don’t need any previous experience in the languages or frameworks we use.
You don’t need to have a degree in Computer Science or any related field, or any degree actually.
Being a fast learner.
Being a curious person, a tinkerer.
Being able to participate in technical discussions.
Some ability to do technical design.
Appreciation of data driven approaches.
