Promotes MSC service and increase volume, , implements plans to achieve targets and customer satisfaction, review freight offers and study competition and trades, analyze market and trades, prices and position, all  within Agency and Principal policies, goals and regulations.
1. Identifies and achieves successful sales leads: by conducting regular visits to consignees and clients, seizing new opportunities, providing support and guidance, attending to their problems, assessing their credit and other facility’s needs with the Agency management on a daily basis. 2. Keeps updated awareness of market position to improve MSC service: by studying lost business, detecting weaknesses and obstacles, and reporting results to Agency Management on a monthly basis. (Backup: Head of Sales & Sales Executive )
3. Ensures proper closing of the leads according to principal instructions: by checking cargo acceptance at POD and POL, offering prices as per updated MSC Import tariff sheet, and negotiating Principal to reach best target prices on a daily basis. (Backup: Head of Sales & Sales Executive )
4. Provides customer support by: attending to customer’s requests & inquiries whether they were in person, by email, or on phone with speed and professionalism on a daily basis (Backup: Head of Sales & Sales Executive )
5. Maintains in conformity and accuracy of freight charges for FOB shipments: by checking freight charges list with FOB shipments offers and contacting agent and principal for any discrepancy (if any) per vessel. (Backup: Head of Sales & Sales Executive )
6. Provides sales results information: by preparing daily reports, weekly plan and the monthly booking. (Backup: Head of Sales & Sales Executive )
