TAJ Life Style is looking to hire a “Specialty Leasing Coordinator”, main Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for common area leases within the shopping center premises.
Negotiates and drafts the specialty leasing agreements.
Identify advantageous opportunities for the vacant specialty leasing places.
To develop and maintain good relationships with the current and potential tenants. Ensures that all clauses from the leasing agreements are respected by both parties.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or Business Administration preferably from German Jordanian University or American University of Jordan.
Fresh graduates or one-year experience in sales, marketing ideally in a shopping center environment.
Profound understanding of leases within commercial premises (shopping center an advantage). Fluent business English and very good MS Office application skills.
Apparel and Food & Beverage brands oriented.
